食べてきたのは、豪華国産とらふぐのフルコースの「本丸コース」（税込み6980円）🐡✨
なんと、てっさ・てっちり・唐揚げなど、ふぐ好きにはたまらない全8品が楽しめるんです🤩
まずは、ぷるんとした食感がたまらない煮凝りと、ぷりぷりのふぐの湯引きからスタート😋
そして、ふぐ料理といえば外せない「てっさ」🐡一皿しっかり楽しめるボリュームで、ふぐならではの上品な味わいを堪能できます😍
さらに、サクッと香ばしいふぐの唐揚げも登場！外はカリッと、中はふっくらとした食感で、思わずお箸が止まらない美味しさ🤤💕
メインの「てっちり」は、ボリュームたっぷりで食べ応え抜群！🔥ふぐの旨みが溶け込んだお鍋を囲みながら、贅沢な時間を満喫できました🥰
コラーゲンゼリーや、〆の雑炊、デザートのアイスクリームまで付いているのも嬉しいポイント🤗
そして、ふぐ料理のお供には ヒレ酒🍶✨ふぐの旨みと香ばしいヒレの風味が広がり、料理との相性も抜群でした🩷

This time, I visited “Fukunojō,” a restaurant where you can casually enjoy domestic tiger pufferfish! ❣️
I tried the “Honmaru Course” (6,980 yen, tax included), a luxurious full-course meal featuring domestic tiger pufferfish. 🐡✨
Believe it or not, you get to enjoy a total of 8 dishes—including tessa, tecchiri, and fried pufferfish—that any pufferfish lover would find irresistible! 🤩
We started with a jellied fish dish with an irresistibly wobbly texture and lightly blanched pufferfish with a springy bite 😋
Next up was “tessa”—an absolute must-have when it comes to pufferfish cuisine 🐡 Served in a generous portion that lets you really savor the dish, it lets you fully appreciate the refined flavor unique to pufferfish 😍
Next up is the crispy and aromatic fried pufferfish! With a crunchy exterior and a fluffy interior, it’s so delicious you won’t be able to put your chopsticks down 🤤💕
The main course, “Tecchiri,” is incredibly hearty and satisfying! 🔥 We thoroughly enjoyed this luxurious experience as we gathered around the hot pot, its broth infused with the rich umami of pufferfish 🥰
It’s also a nice touch that the meal includes collagen jelly, a rice porridge to finish off the meal, and even ice cream for dessert 🤗
